  • Sports Nutrition Session (55 minutes) – You will learn how to fuel and hydrate properly during training days. If you want to change body fat % first,

  • Game Day Nutrition Session (55 minutes) – You will learn how to fuel and hydrate the days before, day of and during competition.
    Please complete the sweat test 1-3 times before your session and click submit or bring with you to your session. If you want to change
    body fat % first, please schedule Nutrition Consultation.
  • Body Composition Nutrition Session (75 minutes) – You will learn how to effectively lose body fat or gain lean body mass for your sport
    without compromising performance.
