Each session is designed for the individual’s needs. The session can range from basic nutrition education to application of individual calorie, hydration, and electrolyte needs. An assessment of current eating habits, lifestyle choices, and your fitness goals will always occur initially to be certain your nutritional plan coincides. Recommendations are then made to implement the plan in order to reach the performance goal(s).
Follow-up sessions are designed to confirm your progression and make any necessary improvements to your current plan. As you get closer to your goal or your in-season status changes, your method of attainment will be altered.
